COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS

Before visiting the clinic please read the notice below:

1. If you Or Any family member have been in contact with a Covid 19 Pos person at all, please let’s rather cancel your appointment.

2. If you or Any family member have been in contact with a traveler✈️ let’s rather rebook your appointment. (if you are not sure let’s rather cancel).

3. NB. If any family members /contacts have the following symptoms fever, dry cough, sore throat, short of breath, Or are Covid 19 positive within 21 days of your appointment with us. PLEASE NOTIFY US ASAP.

We need to take the appropriate action. ‼️

4. All staff and patients are expected to wash hands🤲🏻with soap and water and or hand sanitizer on arrival and departure. 💦

5. All surfaces and equipment will be cleaned down before and after each consultation 💦

6. Please DO NOT touch any surfaces during your consultation.

7. Please bring your own nappy, wipes and disposable bag for nappy.

8. There are no toys, please bring 2 of babies toys (cleaned) 🐰and will need to be wiped down.

9. Please NO. nappy bags, handbags, bags, prams, or car seats will be allowed in the practice.
